Plein Rein Painters will venture into new territory in November 2020. Ten of our artists will be exhibiting their work in a virtual gallery, through the JAHC.

    OUTSIDE INSIDE The Juneau Plein Rein Painters have been creating art outdoors for 20 years. Using all art media and in all weather, we meet on Saturday mornings to paint together, inspired by our differing styles, and by the beauty of Juneau and the activities and people who live here. An annual spring retreat kickstarts our creativity for our most productive seasons, spring and summer. This year, as artists in covid19 isolation, we painted around the Borough when the weather cooperated, traveling in separate cars and staying six feet apart. But we also painted from inside our homes.
